These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the web platform of Datosexplicados S.A. (hereinafter "Datosexplicados", "we", or "the Platform"), with legal domicile at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 740, Floor 8, Puerto Madero, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. By accessing or using the Platform, you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Purpose
Datosexplicados is an information and contact platform dedicated to real estate crowdlending in Argentina. Our objective is to provide information about collective investment projects in the real estate sector and facilitate contact between potential investors and project developers.
2. Nature of the service
The information presented on the Platform is exclusively informational and educational in nature. Datosexplicados does not act as a financial advisor, stockbroker, or regulated intermediary under the terms of Law No. 26,831 on Capital Markets, except as applicable to its registration with the CNV as a Placement and Distribution Agent (Registry No. 1,045). Any investment decision should be made after consulting an independent professional.
3. Requirements for use
To use the Platform, you must be over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Argentine law. By using our services, you declare that you meet these requirements.
4. Registration and personal data
Certain services on the Platform may require you to provide personal data through contact forms. By submitting your data, you warrant that the information provided is truthful, complete, and up to date. The processing of such data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform (texts, designs, logos, images, software, source code) is the property of Datosexplicados S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws (Law No. 11,723). Reproduction, distribution, modification, or any other unauthorized use of the content without prior written consent is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Datosexplicados does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information published on the Platform. Investments in real estate crowdlending involve risks, including the possible partial or total loss of invested capital. We are not responsible for investment decisions made based on the information provided on this site.
7. Service availability
Datosexplicados strives to keep the Platform operational continuously but does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any functionality of the site without prior notice and without incurring any liability.
8. Third-party links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Datosexplicados does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such sites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or compliance shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that may apply.
10. Amendments
Datosexplicados reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect from their publication on the Platform. Continued use of the site after publication of changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
