Datosexplicados S.A. (hereinafter "Datosexplicados" or "we") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users who access our real estate crowdlending platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, in compliance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

Your personal data is stored on secure servers with appropriate technical and organizational protection measures, including data encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and periodic audits. Data is retained for the time necessary to fulfill the described purposes or as required by applicable regulations.

In the event that your data is transferred outside the Argentine Republic, we ensure that the destination country offers adequate levels of protection, in accordance with AAIP provisions. Currently, we use technology service providers whose servers may be located abroad, but always under contractual clauses that guarantee the protection of your data.
7. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to: access your personal data; request its rectification or update; request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten); object to the processing of your data; and revoke consent given at any time. The AAIP (Agency for Access to Public Information) is the supervisory body of Law No. 25,326, and you can file complaints with it if you believe your rights have been violated.
